There are six basic ingredients of the body which are minerals,

vitamins, protein and  WATER! The body has over 50 trillion cells,

650 muscles, 206 bones all powered by the heart. What does

this amazing machine need the most to function? NUTRIENTS!! 

Foods are loaded with Minerals, vitamins, and all other nutrients 

needed for our body. If your body gets the proper nutrients, your 

immune system is strong and the body can heal itself. While our bodies

can manufacture some of the vitamins we need, the rest of the vitamins

 and all minerals must rely completely upon outside sources for an adequate 

supply of minerals found in soil. Minerals are taken up in the plants and delivered

to ourbodies in the food we eat. Synthetic Vitamins and minerals are really 

bad for you. They build up in the body.

Did you know that virtually all of our fruits and veggies have been

genetically modified by man to become more disease resistant

and produce more? The farmers add fertilizers and herbicides.

Our food is loaded with toxins. All these toxins rob our bodies

of nutrients and cause a lot of health problems.  It is very

important to eat organic food.  Did you also know that corn🌽

peanuts, wheat, and some other food are loaded with cancer

or disease-causing  micro toxins?  Bad for our body! Who

would have thought?

Our food source is tainted with all these bad things. Whatever reason or excuse

they give us is beyond me! Well, the unnatural hormone they put in our livestock

makes bigger livestock! Antibiotics make the livestock and our bodies swell

therefore more meat which helps break down our immune system.

GET It? It’s all about the money.

They don't care about what the unnatural hormones or antibiotics do to our

bodies when we eat the meat. The meat industry uses growth

hormones to speed animal's growth. This is linked to record

levels of obesity, early puberty in children, and forcing women

into early menopause. They use antibiotics in the animal which

is killing our immune system, making the body more resistant to disease

and sickness. Our bodies are not designed for these fake hormones

or all the toxins.  More and more of our local grocery stores

today are now selling all-natural organic foods. It is usually a

little bit more money but I have personally bought organic veggies and 

they tend to last longer in the frig. I have thrown away bags of inorganic

pre-cut lettuce because it just doesn’t stay fresh very long.  My

iguana Ziggy loved it!!

 The Bible states that there are clean food and unclean food. In the book of

Leviticus and Deuteronomy, Moses states which foods are clean or safe

to eat and which are unclean or forbidden. Modern scientists justified

these rules. Avoid scavengers and carnivores (meat-eaters) they are

more likely to carry disease or parasites. Do not eat scavenger

animals which are pigs, some shellfish, scale-less fish,

scavenger birds, snakes, and most reptiles. They are considered unclean. 

The reason we don't eat these things? Well, these scavengers

are highly poisonous.  They have enzymes called cadaverine

and putrescine they are called the death enzymes which are

necessary for nature because they break down the flesh and

turn it into dust. Terrible thing for the human body! This means


Of all animals that live on land, these are the ones you should eat:

You may eat any animal that has a split hoof completely divided

and that chews the cud.  Grass fed!

You can eat beef, chicken, turkey, scaled fish, or lamb without

hormones, antibiotics, uric acid, pesticides,

and nitrates (which are put in meat to keep the meat pink longer).

Omega-3 is loaded with antioxidants. Fights chronic inflammation in the body. Necessary

for cholesterol.  Prevents and treats Alzheimer's, cancer, heart

disease, arthritis, bowel diseases, menstruation, menopause, depression,

and anger. (Natural anti-depression, any brain function especially

in children with). Eat 3-5 times a week.  It’s better if you can

 for more about omega-3. Also grass-fed meat, eggs, nuts (not

peanuts) vegetable oils.  Other sources of Omega 3 are

mackerel, sardines, eggs, flaxseed, and nuts.


Fruits and vegetables 🍏🍌🍉🍇🍊🍎are the most important

source of nutrients.


Any fish with fins and scales you can eat and is necessary. Fish contain rich

oils Omega 3 fatty acids that improve the cardiovascular system and prevent

heart attacks. Fish can insulate arteries from plaque build-up,

thins the blood, dissolve clots, reduces cholesterol, and treats

and prevents many health problems. Fish oil and cod liver oil

have vitamin A and D which help promote eye health, immune

system, brain, and neurological function. Omega 3 is a fatty acid

that protects and helps us with a whole lot of diseases. Contains

DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid).

Studies have shown that DHA protects the brain from dementia

and Alzheimers, heart health helps with any brain function,

skin problems help build the immune system Salmon has the

highest level of this fatty acid.  Selenium is a very important

mineral.  Helps protect us against cancer. You can find

this in beef, whole grains, tuna, and Brazil nuts. Nuts for

better health!!!!

Walnuts, almonds, and pistachios are full of omega 3 fatty acids. A very necessary

nutrient for the body. Help protect from heart and hypertension. Helps lower

cholesterol. Also has arginine and amino acid that helps the heart's blood flow better. 
Food that helps lessen the symptom of Menopause Dairy products, wild-caught fish with

omega-3, nuts, and seeds are high in omega-3. Protein, vitamins,

and minerals. Leafy greens, fruits that are high in antioxidants, and




Apples contain pectin, which fights plaque in the body. High in fiber which helps with digestion problems.

Help flush the digestion and glandular systems. They dissolve acid crystals on joints (arthritis) when peeling

is consumed. Nourishes and cleans a weak or sluggish liver. Good for blood pressure.  Helps stabilize

Lemons improve liver function -- the liver cleans your blood -- and when your liver's

happy, the rest of your body is happy and healthy too!

Parsley feeds and nourishes the kidneys, bladder, and pituitary gland. It is a natural diuretic. Can be used instead of water pills. Has great relief of irritation inflammation or congestion. High in mineral salt which neutralizes acids in the body. It is good for stomach problems. Helps in removing mercury from the body. Also good for many skin problems. Parsley is high in potassium, iron, vitamin A, B complex, C (3 times more than citrus) sodium, calcium, silicon, zinc, selenium, and some trace minerals. Vitamin A helps prevent and fight cancer and it is difficult for cancer to live in blood that is high in potassium.

Cabbage, lettuce, and celery contain sulfur compounds that both increase and decrease blood sugar levels. Cabbage delays dextrose absorption. Neutralizes toxins of excess cobalt, nickel, and copper. Removes carcinogens and fats. Good for cholesterol. It is also a cancer fighter. It has anti-cancer properties. Studies have shown eating cabbage and sauerkraut 4 or more times a week tremendously reduced and helped with cancer. Cabbage also has Sulforaphane a phytochemical that stimulate cells to get rid of cancer substances. It has vitamin U that will actually heal an ulcer. Dr. Garnett Cheney, M.D., treated 13 patients with a combination of fresh cabbage and celery 5 times a day. 11 patients were completely in 6 to 9 days. Leaf lettuce is twice as high in nutrients as regular head lettuce. High in calcium and many other important nutrients.

Potatoes are actually good for you. How good for you, of course, depends on what you add to them. The one thing that's great about potatoes is that they are a natural sedative. If you can't go to sleep at night or if you need to relax, make a baked potato! After you eat🍟 it, your body creates insulin which releases the amino acid tryptophan (the same thing in turkey that has you hitting the couch on Thanksgiving) which creates serotonin to calm you down. Unfortunately, sweet potatoes don't have the same effect (but they do have many other benefits).  

Beans are a good source of protein, antioxidants, and fiber. Helps lower cholesterol and blood pressure. Prevents colon cancer. As long as the digestion system keeps flowing well, your whole body stays healthy. Should eat beans 3 to 4 times a week.

Onions and Garlic can prevent most cancer. The anticancer ingredient is oregano-sulfur which gives them a strong taste and odor. They have antioxidants such and quercetin. Europeans did a study and found eating onions every day cut the risk of colorectal cancer by 56% and esophageal cancer by 88%. Eating garlic daily significantly cuts the risk of ovarian, kidney, oral cancer. The US studies showed that garlic and onions cut pancreatic cancer odds by 54%.

Alfalfa is known as the father of all foods. It is extremely rich in vitamins and minerals. Feeds and strengthens the entire body. Especially for bones and teeth. Great for rebuilding tooth decay. It Helps neutralizes uric acid. Contains saponin which helps with removing toxins and cleans cells. Great for digestion system. The Sweetest Scandal in the History of American Health

The shocking truth of how a political "favor" got the government

to approve this poison -- and why aspartame is making us sicker and

fatter than good old sugar ever could! Ever wonder what our

former Secretary of Defense did before he got into politics?

Well years ago, he was the fearless leader of a company called GD

Searle Corp. that developed a "miracle sweetener" called aspartame.

(Yes, the very same stuff contained in those little blue packets.)

For years, this company tried in vain to get aspartame approved.

But no one wanted to go near the stuff! The FDA refused to approve

it for 16 years. In fact, according to a report I recently uncovered,

the late Dr. M. Adrian Gross, a former senior FDA toxicologist, stated

in his testimony before Congress:

"Beyond a shadow of a doubt, aspartame triggers brain tumors"

and, "therefore, by allowing aspartame to be placed on the market

the FDA has violated the Delaney Amendment, which forbids

putting anything in food that is know to cause cancer...And if the FDA

itself elects to violates its own the law, who is left to protect the health

of the public?" But wait, it gets worse...In the early '80s, "Rummy the

Magnificent" moved into the political arena. And one of the first moves

he made was to appoint a new FDA commissioner. And guess what he did?

In 1981, the new appointee approved aspartame for the good old boys

back at GD Searle...despite the clinically proven dangers. Before long,

aspartame was everywhere, from soda to salad dressing! Now let's look

at what it's "contributed" to America's health...

For starters, medical authorities estimate that aspartame has brought

more complaints to the FDA than any other additive. In fact, it's responsible

for as many as 75 percent of such complaints to that agency. And, after

SUGAR: A spoonful once in a while is fine, but in time, too much sugar can

lead to diabetes, which will lead to heart disease, renal disease, peripheral

vascular disease, diabetic retinitis (blindness), diabetic peripheral neuropathy

and the list goes on and on. (Even so, next to aspartame, sugar looks almost

If raw milk is so bad for us, how did the human race ever survive before pasteurization? After all, we've been milking cows and drinking down the creamy, nutrient-rich results for thousands of years--yet Louis Pasteur's process (which was originally designed to prevent beer spoilage, mind you) has only been in widespread use for a little more than a century. So what gives?

The answer, of course, is that non-pasteurized
milk isn't hazardous at all. It's just a lot
tougher to regulate and make money from it.

Think about it: By legislating against the sale or distribution of raw milk, states force farmers to sell their milk (at a fraction of market value, by the way) to the big milk processors. This creates a "paper trail" on the milk, which can then be used as the basis for collecting tax revenue from those processors--and likely the farmers, too.

I learned a few things.


Melons have the chemical adenosine, an anti-coagulant

also found in onions and garlic. They are  high in potassium

which helps with blood pressure.

Watermellon is what the Chinese use to clean and help strengthen

bladder and kidneys.  Is an excellent diuretic, contains 92% water.  

Makes a great body flusher.  Eat seeds too! That’s right seeds and all!

   If you can not chew the seeds then boil 1 tablespoons in pint of waterfor 5
